Party Bus Prices in Long Beach
All-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds — you see the exact number before you ever commit. Our Long Beach party bus and charter bus rates: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Pricing shifts with mileage, date, and vehicle type — but there are no surprise line items at checkout.
Per-person math is worth doing: a 56-seat charter bus at $2,400 for the day works out to roughly $43 per person — less than a single Uber surge from the Long Beach Grand Prix corridor on race weekend. Reasons to Choose Our Long Beach Party Bus Service
Long Beach has its own traffic logic, and it rewards people who plan it rather than fight it. The 405 and 710 interchange near Lakewood Boulevard backs up on any given Friday afternoon; the Grand Prix weekend in April shuts down blocks of downtown's street grid for the entire race circuit; and the Long Beach Arena lets out 13,500 people at once onto a waterfront that's already hemmed in by Shoreline Drive. Coordinating separate cars through any of that is how a fun night out turns into a frustrating one.
With Party Bus Long Beach, your group travels on one itinerary, nobody has to stay sober to drive, and pickup and drop-off happen at the curb you actually want — not a remote lot a 20-minute walk away. We've done the Acura Grand Prix runs, the Carnival cruise embarkation transfers from LAX hotels, the prom pickups at Wilson and Poly, and the late-night Belmont Shore crawls. That experience shows up in how we route, where we wait, and how we build your booking.
Since 2011, thousands of Southern California groups have trusted us with their plans. Give us a call at 562-664-0520 — all-inclusive quote, no commitment, under 30 seconds.
Services We Offer in Long Beach
Party Bus Long Beach coordinates group transportation for every occasion across Los Angeles and Orange County. From airport transfers and cruise terminal runs to weddings, prom nights, corporate shuttles, and sporting events — whatever pulls your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 562-664-0520 to get moving today!

Long Beach Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Long Beach Airport (LGB) at 4100 Donald Douglas Dr sits just three miles from downtown, but coordinating multiple rideshares for a group landing on the same flight is an exercise in frustration — different queues, different ETAs, everyone comparing texts at the curb. A Long Beach airport shuttle bus rental fixes that in one move: one vehicle, one pickup, everyone together.
We also run transfers to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), roughly 22 miles up the 405, and John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Santa Ana, about 18 miles southeast via the 405 or 605. LAX's rideshare pickup has migrated to the LAX-it lot off Sepulveda — a shuttle ride from baggage claim before you're even at your car. For a group of 15 or more, a charter bus or minibus waiting at the curb is a faster, calmer option.
Cruise groups transferring from LAX to the Long Beach Cruise Terminal at Pier F love this run: one pickup at baggage claim, direct ride down the 405 to Ocean Boulevard, curbside at the terminal. Call 562-664-0520 to book your Long Beach area airport transportation!

Long Beach Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The bachelorette circuit in Long Beach has a clear logic: start with rooftop drinks at a Second Street bar in Belmont Shore, work south toward Alamitos Beach, then take the whole party up to Hollywood or DTLA when the energy demands a bigger stage. The problem with that itinerary in private cars is that Second Street's parallel parking is a blood sport on a Saturday night — and once someone's had two drinks, your designated-driver plan falls apart before the evening really starts.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come loaded for a bachelorette night: full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound seating that keeps the group together between stops. Nobody draws straws for the wheel, nobody splits off in an Uber, and the last stop of the night — wherever that turns out to be — ends with a direct ride back to the hotel. Call 562-664-0520 to plan your Long Beach bachelorette party bus rental!

Long Beach Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Long Beach is one of the most vibrant quinceañera markets in Southern California, and a party bus entrance is the kind of arrival a milestone celebration deserves. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses can be matched to your color scheme — black, white, or silver — with a custom playlist loaded before pickup and LED lighting set to your event colors for the moment the doors open at the venue.
Popular venues for quinceañeras and Sweet 16s in the Long Beach area include The Grand Ballroom on the Queen Mary (1126 Queens Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90802), Bixby Knolls event spaces, and La Mirada Theatre in nearby La Mirada. For adult milestone birthdays, a party bus that loops between downtown Long Beach rooftop bars and back again beats coordinating five separate cars before last call every time. Call 562-664-0520 to plan your Long Beach birthday party bus rental!

Long Beach Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Long Beach Arena (300 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802) holds 13,500 and sits on the waterfront right next to the Convention Center — when a show ends, Shoreline Drive fills up faster than any parking garage can clear. A Long Beach concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and waits for pickup when the show wraps, so nobody is circling the Shoreline Village lot at midnight trying to find their car.
Beyond Long Beach itself, this city is the ideal base for running up to some of Southern California's biggest stages. The Hollywood Bowl (2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles) is about 30 miles north on the 710/110 corridor — a road that becomes genuinely miserable on Bowl nights, with Cahuenga Boulevard backing up all the way past the 101. Crypto.com Arena (1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles) and Kia Forum (3900 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood) are both well within a 40-minute run from Long Beach, depending on the 405.
Book a party bus with a built-in bar and sound system and the drive is part of the show. Call 562-664-0520 now!

Long Beach Corporate Event Transportation
The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (300 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802) hosts major conventions — the Society for Neuroscience, APPA, the California League of Cities — and when a conference fills the convention center, downtown parking becomes a genuine problem. The lots along Shoreline Drive cap out early, and the city's meters on Ocean Boulevard enforce hard time limits. A Long Beach corporate bus rental shuttles your staff or clients from hotel blocks in downtown, near the airport, or in Torrance directly to the convention center entrance without a single parking headache.
For the Port of Long Beach's corporate campus, for executive meetings at CSULB's research park in the Douglas Neighborhood, or for employee shuttles between the downtown core and offices spread across the 405 corridor, a minibus equipped with WiFi and power outlets turns commute time into work time. Call 562-664-0520 to discuss Long Beach corporate shuttle contracts and group rates!

Long Beach Private Event Transportation Services
The Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach happens every April, and it transforms about 20 square blocks of downtown into a closed street circuit with hard road closures along Ocean Boulevard, Shoreline Drive, and Pine Avenue. Parking inside the perimeter shrinks dramatically, rideshare pickup zones shift daily, and the surrounding neighborhoods enforce permit-only restrictions from Friday through Sunday. For a corporate sponsor group, a fan club, or a private party using a rooftop venue inside the event area, a private charter bus gets you in through the right entrance before the crowds — and out before the post-race gridlock locks down the 710 on-ramp at Shoreline.
Beyond Grand Prix weekend, private bus rentals in Long Beach suit family reunions hitting multiple waterfront spots in one day, church retreats loading up from the Westside, and holiday parties where keeping everyone together means keeping everyone safe. One flat, predictable rate, no parking scramble at every stop. Call 562-664-0520 to build a custom transportation plan!

Long Beach Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Long Beach Unified School District runs one of the largest prom calendars in the LA metro — Wilson High School, Poly High School, Millikan, Jordan, and Lakewood High School all hold their events within a tight spring window in April and May. That window is the single busiest period of the year for Long Beach party bus rentals. Demand spikes, the right-sized vehicles book first, and waiting until March means paying peak pricing or finding nothing.
For prom: book by December. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, photo stop at Bluff Park or the Queen Mary, venue drop-off, and late-night return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked four to six months out. The same rental booked two weeks before prom easily runs $2,800–$3,500+.
We work with parent committees across LBUSD and coordinate the pickup plan, the photo stop, and the return window with your group. Call 562-664-0520 to lock in your date!

Long Beach School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones across Long Beach Unified trust Party Bus Long Beach for school field trips because our reservation team is available 24/7 and the logistics are handled before the bus ever rolls. A full-size charter bus to the Aquarium of the Pacific (100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802) — the largest aquarium on the West Coast — or to the Queen Mary (1126 Queens Hwy) for a history program moves an entire grade level without splitting into a caravan of district vehicles.
The Aquarium allows charter bus drop-off along Aquarium Way with overflow parking in the adjacent Rainbow Harbor lots. Students benefit from overhead storage for lunchboxes and knapsacks, a PA system for chaperone announcements, and climate control for those June days when the marine layer burns off by 10 a.m. and the temperature climbs fast. For longer drives — Disneyland in Anaheim or the California Science Center on Exposition Boulevard — onboard restrooms on select vehicles mean no roadside stops eating into exhibit time.
ADA-accessible buses are always available; just flag the need when you book. Call 562-664-0520 for school field trip bus rentals in Long Beach!

Long Beach Sporting Event Transportation
Long Beach State's Blair Field (4700 E Deukmejian Dr, Long Beach, CA 90840) is one of the best college baseball venues in the country, and on a Dirtbags doubleheader weekend the parking off 49th Street fills fast. The Walter Pyramid (1250 N Bellflower Blvd) draws big crowds for Beach volleyball and basketball, with campus parking selling out for rivalry games. A Long Beach charter bus handles your group from a single pickup point and drops them at the pedestrian entrance — no circling campus lots, no paying three separate garage rates.
For the bigger venues north and west of Long Beach: SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood) is about 22 miles up the 405. On a Rams or Chargers home game, the 405 northbound from Long Beach is a parking lot from roughly the 710 interchange to the Manchester Boulevard exit — expect 90 minutes or more on game days. A party bus leaves that problem to the rest of the freeway while your group tailgates on board.
Dodger Stadium is 28 miles up the 110, and the Sunset Boulevard exit backs up to the stadium-approach road before first pitch. Call 562-664-0520 to book your Long Beach sporting event transportation!

Long Beach Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A wedding shuttle in Long Beach keeps guests moving between venues without the "I got lost in the port traffic" text arriving at your rehearsal dinner. The stretch between downtown Long Beach hotels — the Hyatt Regency on S Pine Avenue, the Hotel Maya on E Shoreline Drive — and ceremony venues in Belmont Shore, Los Cerritos, or San Pedro involves Shoreline Drive on a Saturday evening, which carries steady congestion from the cruisers at Pier F and the Arena crowd if there's a show running that same night.
Our minibuses are the right vehicle for most Long Beach wedding loops: maneuverable enough for the narrow streets in Naples Island and Belmont Heights, with plush reclining seats and climate control for guests in formal wear. Nobody in your wedding party should be hunting for street parking in Naples on a summer Saturday. A Sprinter limo handles the bridal party itself on the wedding day — premium leather, individual USB charging, tinted windows.
Because we've been coordinating these runs since 2011, your wedding timeline stays tight with staged departures and one person to call from quote to final drop-off. Call 562-664-0520 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Long Beach Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Long Beach's bar and brewery scene is more than enough to fill a Saturday, and the city sits at the edge of some excellent Southern California wine country. Belmont Shore's Second Street corridor runs a full mile of bars, breweries, and rooftop patios — parking enforcement on that stretch on a weekend night is aggressive, and the residential side streets are permit-only. A party bus drops your group at one end, follows the itinerary stop by stop, and brings everyone home at the end without anyone sweating a parking ticket or a DUI checkpoint on PCH.
For dedicated brewery runs, Beachwood Brewing & BBQ (210 E 3rd St, Long Beach, CA 90802) in DTLA Long Beach and its Beachwood Blendery (210 E 3rd St) offshoot are essential stops, and the tap room scene around the East Village Arts District adds several more. If the itinerary extends east into Orange County wine territory — the Temecula Valley is about 75 miles south on the 5 — a full-size charter bus makes that drive genuinely comfortable, with room to store bottles in overhead bins and no one making the hour-plus return trip sober and strained. Call 562-664-0520 for a free quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Long Beach Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Long Beach, California?
Long Beach party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, date, and rental duration. Current rates: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. The fastest path to an accurate quote for your specific date is a quick call to 562-664-0520 — all-inclusive pricing, no hidden costs, answer in under 30 seconds.
Where does a charter bus pick up and drop off at Long Beach Airport (LGB)?
Long Beach Airport (4100 Donald Douglas Dr, Long Beach, CA 90808) is a single-terminal facility with curbside commercial pickup in the designated Ground Transportation zone on the lower level, directly in front of baggage claim. Because LGB is compact, the staging area for commercial vehicles is just a short walk from the carousel. Have your group assembled and bags in hand before your coordinator calls to move the bus to the curb — LGB's curbside flow is managed and doesn't allow extended standing.
For groups connecting to the Long Beach Cruise Terminal at Pier F (231 Windsor Way), a direct airport-to-terminal run is roughly five miles and takes 10–15 minutes in normal traffic.
How does the Acura Grand Prix affect parking and transportation in Long Beach?
The Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (typically the third weekend of April) converts roughly 1.7 miles of downtown streets into a temporary race circuit. Hard closures go up on Ocean Boulevard between Pine and Shoreline Drive, along Shoreline Drive, and on sections of Pine Avenue. The closures begin Thursday and stay in place through Sunday evening.
Parking inside the circuit perimeter is reserved for event credential holders; the surrounding blocks fill with spectator lots that carry steep daily rates, and the 710 on-ramp at Shoreline backs up badly during post-session exoduses. Book transportation well in advance — the Long Beach vehicle supply tightens significantly for Grand Prix weekend, and last-minute requests often come back with limited availability.
Where does a charter bus drop off at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center?
The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (300 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802) accepts charter bus drop-off on Ocean Boulevard and along Shoreline Drive on the arena's north side, with the main exhibit hall entrances accessed from the Shoreline Drive frontage. The convention center's own parking structure on Shoreline Drive has a clearance limit that excludes full-size coach buses — which is exactly why curbside drop-off is the practical move. After unloading, buses wait in the surface lots near Rainbow Harbor or on the blocks east of the facility.
We confirm the current approach lane and waiting area for your specific event date when you book, because large conventions and Arena events sometimes bring temporary lane adjustments.
When does the Long Beach Carnival cruise season run, and how should I time a terminal transfer?
Carnival cruise sailings from the Long Beach Cruise Terminal at Pier F (231 Windsor Way, Long Beach, CA 90802) run year-round, with summer and holiday embarkation days seeing the heaviest traffic on Ocean Boulevard and Pier F Road. Embarkation typically runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; arriving before noon puts your group at the front of the check-in queue. A charter bus transfer from an LAX hotel block or a Long Beach downtown hotel drops your entire group curbside at the terminal's passenger unloading zone, which is directly in front of the terminal building — no lugging bags across a surface lot, no fighting for trolley space.
A 56-passenger charter bus with full undercarriage bays handles the luggage for a large group cleanly. Build in 30–45 minutes of buffer on summer Sundays when Pier F Road can slow significantly.
How far in advance should I book a Party Bus Long Beach?
We recommend booking at least three to six months ahead for peak dates — Acura Grand Prix weekend in April, prom season (April–May), summer weddings, and the busy cruise embarkation weeks around holidays. For high-demand events, the right-sized vehicles are committed well before the date arrives. Outside of peak periods, two to four weeks of lead time is workable for most requests — but the earlier you call, the better the selection and pricing.
For prom: book by December. Call 562-664-0520 to lock in your date before the window closes.
Popular Long Beach Party Bus Destinations
A Long Beach party bus itinerary can reach some of Southern California's most compelling venues without ever leaving the 562 — or run north up the 710 to stadiums and arenas that draw crowds from across the region. Here are six destinations our groups visit most.

Aquarium of the Pacific
The Aquarium of the Pacific (100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802) is the third most-visited aquarium in the United States, drawing over 1.5 million guests annually to its 11 permanent galleries and 50,000+ animals. Charter bus drop-off runs along Aquarium Way, with the main guest entrance just steps from the curb. Bus parking is available in the Rainbow Harbor lots immediately adjacent to the facility; the closest structure charges by the hour.
School groups should contact the aquarium's group sales team at least three weeks in advance to coordinate timed entry and educator resources. The aquarium is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For current group rates and parking details, check the official Aquarium of the Pacific directions page before your visit.
Address: 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802
Phone: (562) 590-3100

The Queen Mary
The Queen Mary (1126 Queens Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90802) is a decommissioned British ocean liner permanently docked on the Long Beach waterfront — 1,019 feet of Art Deco interiors, event ballrooms, and history stretching back to her 1936 maiden voyage. The ship serves as a hotel, event venue, and tourist attraction, and her Grand Ballroom is among the most requested quinceañera and wedding venues in the 562. Charter buses enter the Queen Mary complex via the toll gate on Queens Highway; bus parking is in the surface lot directly adjacent to the gangway.
Event groups should confirm current hours and access with the venue, as the Queen Mary periodically undergoes restoration work that affects public access areas. We recommend reviewing the official Queen Mary visitor page before your trip.
Address: 1126 Queens Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90802
Phone: (877) 342-0738

Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center
The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (300 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802) anchors the city's waterfront meeting district with 400,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space plus the adjacent Long Beach Arena — a 13,500-seat venue that hosts concerts, boxing, and major touring productions. The facility sits between Ocean Boulevard and Shoreline Drive, with charter bus drop-off available on both frontages. The Arena's own parking structure on Shoreline Drive is not accessible to full-size buses, so curbside unloading is the standard approach.
The Acura Grand Prix race circuit wraps around portions of the convention center campus each April, which significantly limits vehicle access during event weekend. For parking and access details, see the Long Beach Convention Center getting here page.

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) seats 70,240 for NFL games and expands to over 100,000 for major events like Super Bowl LVI and WrestleMania — it's the largest stadium in California and the home of both the Rams and the Chargers. Long Beach is about 22 miles south via the 405; on a game day, that drive northbound can run 75–90 minutes once the 405/110 interchange traffic backs up in the early afternoon. Charter bus drop-off at SoFi runs via Hollywood Park Way on the stadium's east side.
Oversized vehicle parking is designated in specific lots around the stadium campus and requires advance purchase through the team's official parking portal. For current lot assignments and road closure information, review the official SoFi Stadium parking page before game day.
Address: 1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301
Phone: (833) 763-4849

Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is the third-largest ballpark in Major League Baseball, seating 56,000, and its infamous approach is part of the Los Angeles experience: the Sunset Boulevard exit off the 110 backs up to the Elysian Park Avenue curve before first pitch on a sold-out night, and parking in the tiered stadium lots requires a pre-purchased pass for most games. From Long Beach, the drive north on the 110 runs about 28 miles; give yourself 90 minutes on a Dodger weeknight. Charter buses drop off at the designated commercial zone near the left field gate, and bus parking is available in the right-field lots with advance coordination.
The stadium's lot system is color-coded, and passes must be purchased in advance at the Dodgers ballpark transportation page — nothing is sold at the gate on sellout nights.
Address: 1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012
Phone: (323) 224-1507

Crypto.com Arena
Crypto.com Arena (1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015) is the 20,000-seat home of the Lakers and Kings and one of the busiest entertainment venues on the West Coast, hosting over 250 events per year. From Long Beach, it's roughly 28 miles north — up the 710, across on the 10, or via the 110 depending on time of day. On a Lakers game night, the 110 interchange at Figueroa Street backs up heavily, and the L.A. Live parking structures fill to capacity before tip-off.
Charter bus drop-off is on Figueroa Street on the arena's west side. Rideshare pickup is routed to the FigAt7th structure on the north side of L.A. Live — a full block from the exit. A party bus that picks your group up in Long Beach and delivers them to Figueroa Street, then waits for the post-game return, is a cleaner solution than the post-game Lyft line.
Review the official Crypto.com Arena parking page before your visit.
